About the RoleWe're looking for a Technical Writer with proven experience in creating clear, concise, and engaging documentation for software products. You'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to craft user-friendly guides, tutorials, and help content that simplify complex concepts for our end users.
Responsibilities- Work closely with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation needs
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets industry standards and is tailored to the target audience
- Write easy-to-understand UI text, developer guides, and online help resources
- Create tutorials to help users navigate and utilize various software applications
- Analyze existing content for improvement, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Develop and maintain a clear information architecture
ToolsMicrosoft Office Suite, Markdown/HTML editors, Confluence, Jira, GitHub, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, and other documentation tools
Skills- Proven experience in technical writing for software documentation
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
