A fast-scaling B2B SaaS company in cloud communications and contact-center technology, building developer-centric products and enterprise integrations for global customers. We produce technical documentation, developer guides, and help-center content that enable rapid adoption and low-support onboarding for complex telecom and cloud APIs.
Primary job title (recommended): Technical Writer
Location & Workplace: India On-site role
Role & Responsibilities
- Create clear, accurate, and concise technical content for developer audiences: API reference, quickstarts, SDK guides, and integration walkthroughs.
- Author and maintain REST API documentation and OpenAPI/Swagger specs; produce example requests/responses and code snippets in multiple languages.
- Convert product and engineering inputs into structured docs: design docs, release notes, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base articles.
- Manage documentation source in Git and a documentation CMS; implement Markdown-based single-source publishing and versioning workflows.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and QA to validate technical accuracy and keep docs synchronized with product changes.
- Optimize developer-facing content for discoverability and usability using content templates, consistent taxonomy, and basic SEO best practices.

Additional Qualifications
- Proven experience producing developer-focused documentation or technical content for SaaS/cloud products (portfolio or public samples preferred).

- Strong command of English grammar and structure; experience with SEO for technical content is a plus.
- Available to work on-site in India and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.
