Key Responsibilities:-
- Create and maintainproduct documentation, including user guides, API references, FAQs, release notes, and onboarding content.
- Draft and updateknowledge base articlesfor SignBulb's web app, integrations, and APIs.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand new features, workflows, and system behaviors.
- Write clear and concisetechnical articles, tutorials, and helpdesk documentationfor customers and internal teams.
- Manage versioned documentation aligned with product releases.
- Contribute toUI/UX content in-app tooltips, onboarding messages, error text, and contextual help.
- Work with marketing to createproduct walkthroughs, explainer content, and feature announcement notes.
- Ensure all content aligns with SignBulb's tone, branding, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience writing for SaaS or enterprise software (experience with eSignature, CRM, or workflow automation tools preferred).
- Strong understanding ofAPIs, .NET stack, RESTful services, and web application architecture.
- Proficiency in using tools such asConfluence, Notion, GitBook, or MadCap Flare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity withHTML/Markdown, version control systems (Git), and product analytics tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with distributed teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
