Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, designing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, and ensuring their achievement through motivated team efforts. The role will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Business Development.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and training capabilities to mentor and motivate sales teams.
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and excellent Communication Skills.
  • Ability to analyze Market Trends and Competitive Landscapes for planning and decision-making.
  • Experience with Sales Negotiation, Lead Conversion, and Customer Retention strategies.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the education or EdTech industry is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
