Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying prospective clients and business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and building relationships with both clients and stakeholders. The role will also involve preparing reports on sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the team to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and client relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and property laws in Gurgaon
  • Strategic planning expertise and ability to achieve revenue targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate sector and a proven track record of sales achievements is preferred
