Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager at Skye Air Mobility in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in the hyperlocal delivery and logistics sector.

• Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy, and Business Development skills
• Client Relationship Management and Account Management experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of hyperlocal delivery, logistics, or e-commerce industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with CRM software
