Role Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for smooth interview processes.
- Support onboarding and documentation activities.
- Contribute to HR initiatives, engagement activities and performance tracking.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce management.
- Proficiency in organizational and communication skills
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.
- Must have laptop and stable internet connection.
