Role Overview:
We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our COE team for a 6-month internship. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across key HR areas like Talent Management, DEIB, Employee Engagement, and Project Management. You'll work closely with HR leaders and teams to support ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the COE team in driving HR projects and initiatives through research, content creation, and coordination.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Prepare and update review decks, dashboards, and reports
- Administer surveys and analyse responses along with other data sources to derive meaningful insights
- Use tools like MS Office, Canva, and AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for content creation and reporting
- Coordinate with teams for timely follow-ups and project management
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Hands on experience on Excel, PowerPoint and exposure to tools like Canva, ChatGPT, co-pilot and other AI tools
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and data analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A team player with a learning mindset and interest in HR
- Ability to think independently and take proactive actions on projects
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
- Prior experience in HR is preferred
