Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and industries. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder coordination within a startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/telephonic screenings
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or tracking sheets
- Support job posting creation and employer branding initiatives
- Engage with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Assist senior recruiters in closing positions within tight timelines
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and hiring trackers
- Stay updated on hiring trends, sourcing techniques, and market intelligence
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or final-year student (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and follow-up discipline

Stipend
