HR Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates & interview panel.
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documents and creating employee files.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Participate in HR meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions and willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information.
