Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated HR & Admin Intern to support our Human Resources and Administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and office administration within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment tasks: job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Help maintain employee records and update the HR database.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Help manage calendars, and support daily office operations.
• Assist in documentation, filing, and handling correspondence.

What We're Looking For:

• Undergraduates/Recent graduates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
