Role Overview
Schbang is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern Talent Acquisition to join
its Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment
lifecycle and the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers across diverse business
verticals.
The internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people, hiring, and
organizational growth, and who are looking to build a strong foundation in Talent
Acquisition and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate
sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn,
etc.), referrals, and internal talent databases
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess role fit, interest, and basic
competencies
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth
candidate experience
Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS
reports
Ensure timely communication between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR
team
Support hiring requirements across multiple functions such as Media, Technology,
Design, Growth, SEO, Martech, Creative, and Business Development
Assist with employer branding initiatives and process improvement projects within
Talent Acquisition
Adhere to recruitment timelines, data accuracy, and best hiring practices
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduates or final-year students pursuing HR, Management, Psychology, or
related disciplines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred
Prior internship experience or exposure to HR or recruitment is an added advantage
