We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who can manage executive priorities, travel extensively when required, and act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working from the office, handling high-level coordination, and supporting fast-paced executive functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules
- Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries, meetings)
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and clients, partners, and leadership team
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
- Track follow-ups, action items, and deadlines on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and client interactions
- Assist the CEO during travel, meetings, and business engagements when required
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned
- Ensure seamless communication and workflow across departments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 23 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership or CEO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability
