Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedExecutive Assistantto support the Director of our leadingAyurvedic Hospital. The ideal candidate will serve as the right hand of the Director, providing administrative, strategic, and operational assistance while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination of executive functions in a holistic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's schedule, appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Act as the point of contact between the Director, hospital staff and guests.
- Assist in organizing board meetings, departmental reviews, and outreach initiatives.
- Follow up on action items discussed in meetings and ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with department heads to monitor progress of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Ensure alignment of administrative practices with the principles of Ayurvedic healthcare.
- Manage documents and records with attention to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Support planning and execution of Ayurvedic health camps, workshops, or community events as directed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Healthcare Administration, Ayurveda, Management, or a related field).
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email platforms, and calendar tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage priorities efficiently.
- Understanding or interest in Ayurveda is an advantage.
- Discretion, integrity, and a high level of professionalism are essential.
Working Environment:
- Ayurvedic hospital with a focus on holistic, patient-centered care.
- Interaction with senior Management, medical staff, Ayurvedic physicians (Vaidyas), and wellness practitioners.
- Some weekend or evening availability may be required for events or hospital needs.
CTC: INR 6,00,000 PA
