Executive Assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, handling communication, and assisting with key projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the VPs calendar, schedule appointments, plan travel itineraries, handle day-to-day administrative tasks and sales coordination.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings including preparing agendas, compiling materials, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions with sales team.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation with professionalism and accuracy.
- Act as a key point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
- Draft and review emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Support key business initiatives by preparing detailed reports, performing data analysis, and providing insights as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and reporting capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly with advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint.
