Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and developing business opportunities in the infrastructure sector. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also entails collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements, monitoring project development, and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Research
• Client Relationship Management and Negotiation expertise
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal abilities
• Sales experience and ability to achieve set targets
• Familiarity with infrastructure projects is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
