Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating effective business strategies, and driving revenue generation. Daily tasks include market analysis, identifying potential business targets, presenting proposals, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to inform strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in business development, ERP sales, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in market analysis, opportunity identification, and strategy creation
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of enterprise business solutions or ERP systems is highly desirable
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies
  • Proficient in CRM tools and productivity software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an added advantage
