Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to company revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a proven talent for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients for repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports accurately.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize business strategies.
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition preferred.
