Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Execute strategic Digital Marketing and outreach efforts to identify and qualify new business opportunities for the agency.
- Business Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute effective Business Planning to achieve client acquisition targets and revenue goals.
- Consultative Selling: Proactively manage the entire Sales Process, from initial contact and discovery to proposal presentation and contract negotiation.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of Consulting contact for prospective clients, understanding their digital marketing needs (e.g., SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads) and pitching tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position Inkcast Innovations services effectively.
- Reporting: Utilize MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) to create compelling proposals, track sales pipelines, and report on key metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong aptitude for Business Development and sales, with a passion for the digital marketing industry.
- Foundational knowledge or high interest in core digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, Social Media, Google/Facebook Ads).
- Familiarity with the end-to-end Sales Process and client management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for presentations and data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional pitches and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced agency environment.
