Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development / Lead Generation Executive to join our business development team. This role is focused on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads across the markets. You will play a key role in expanding Tracknovate's reach by connecting with prospects and supporting our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach via emails, calls, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify leads.
  • Research companies and decision-makers across assigned territories to build prospect lists.
  • Understand Tracknovate's product offerings and communicate value propositions effectively to potential customers.
  • Book discovery calls or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and activity records in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation KPIs.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • Freshers would be preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
