Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in their designated region and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategies to attract and maintain strong client relationships. This role will also involve leading sales teams, meeting sales targets, and generating reports. Other responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, and ensuring client satisfaction by understanding customer needs and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and sales strategy development
  • Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, and target-driven planning
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate sales teams effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and travel within the designated region when required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the transformer or related electrical industry is highly preferred
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
