Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee QC operations including sampling, testing & product release
2. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, WHO guidelines
3. Manage laboratory operations & maintain GLP standards
4. Handle documentation, validation, and stability studies
5. Lead OOS, CAPA, and deviation management
6. Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
7. Lead and develop QC team

About the Role

The QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves overseeing laboratory operations, testing processes, and documentation compliance. You will lead the QC team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to global quality practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in relevant field

Required Skills

1. Strong experience in QC within pharma/nutraceutical manufacturing
2. Good communication & leadership skills
3. Ability to work independently
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
