Job Description

Job Title: Partner Success Executive

Location: Rajkot

Department: Sales / Partner Management / Customer Success

Reports To: Partner Success Manager / Head of Sales / Business Development

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Partner Success Executive to manage relationships with business partners, drive partner engagement, and ensure mutual growth. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for partners, support onboarding, monitor performance, and work closely with internal teams to maximize partner satisfaction and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing business partners and serve as their primary point of contact.

Ensure successful onboarding and enablement of new partners.

Monitor partner performance and provide recommendations to optimize engagement and revenue.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to resolve partner issues.

Conduct regular partner reviews, feedback sessions, and business updates.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for partner performance tracking.

Support partners in campaign execution, product adoption, and sales initiatives.

Identify opportunities to grow revenue, increase partner satisfaction, and expand partnerships.

Ensure partners are aware of new products, updates, and promotional activities.

Qualifications Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.

1+ years experience in partner management, account management, or customer success.

Knowledge of CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and partner management platforms.

Strong understanding of sales processes, business partnerships, and customer engagement.
