Kuche7 is a leading provider of high-end modular kitchens known for innovative design and superior craftsmanship. We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key driver of growth, building and nurturing relationships with architects and interior designers to expand our market presence and drive sales across India.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Business Development: Actively seek out and secure new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and client referrals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects. Understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth meetings with potential clients, delivering compelling presentations and providing expert guidance on Kuche7 products and services.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial client meetings and site visits to coordinating with internal teams (design, purchase, and installation) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market insights to leadership.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive and self-motivated individual who is passionate about sales and design. You should have:

  • A proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in Interior, Marble, Sanitaryware, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • A results-driven approach with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A high degree of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
