Job Position: Tele Sales Executive

Role: Tele calling for Sales of Staycation bookings for farmhouses.

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Salary: 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 INR Per Year + Attractive Incentive structure.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Hyderabad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, engaging with potential customers, and converting leads into sales. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate and detailed reports of interactions and transactions. The role requires a proactive approach to meet individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and active listening skills to effectively engage and persuade potential customers
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support for creating a positive client experience
• Proficiency in Lead Sales processes to achieve business growth and meet targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Minimum 3 years Experience in sales or Telesales roles.
