Job Description

We are hiring for one of Hyderabad's most renowned brands in the F&B industry. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, market expansion, and strategic sales initiatives. This role involves managing the sales development team, optimizing processes, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth

• Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities

• Generate and qualify leads through multiple sales channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

• Support closure of high-value deals

Team Management:

• Lead and manage the Sales Development / Business Development team

• Train, mentor, and drive performance of team members

• Monitor team productivity and pipeline health

• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions

Strategy & Execution:

• Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns

• Improve sales processes and CRM utilization

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities

• Prepare sales forecasts, plans, and performance reports

• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets

Daily Activities

• Pipeline management and lead tracking

• Strategy planning and market research

• Client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

• Team coaching and performance monitoring

• Cross-functional coordination with marketing and operations
