About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Trainer who can level up our sales team through structured training, strong
product understanding, and data-backed coaching. If you enjoy building programs that improve
performance and help reps close smarter, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
● Train new sales hires to ensure smooth integration and fast ramp-up.
● Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales methodologies, CRM usage, objection
handling, and customer communication.
● Identify skill gaps through performance data, call audits, and stakeholder feedback.
● Facilitate coaching sessions, mock calls, role-plays, and performance improvement plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 1–2 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or inside sales
● Strong understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle, and sales funnel
● Good analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data
● Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and sales enablement tools.
