About the Role
As a Business Development Manager based in Hyderabad, you will be the primary point of contact for our B2B partner network in the city. This is a field-facing role where you will spend meaningful time on the ground, visiting education consultants, student recruitment agents, and institutional partners, onboarding new accounts, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring partner activity translates into consistent student lead flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard education consultants, overseas study agents, and institutional partners across Hyderabad
- Conduct regular in-person visits to partner offices to maintain relationships, resolve queries, and keep Acolyte Living top of mind
- Track partner activity, lead conversion rates, and booking pipelines to ensure consistent performance
- Act as the primary relationship manager for your assigned partner accounts, owning the full engagement lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal sales and partnerships teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and booking confirmations
- Provide partners with relevant materials, platform updates, and training to help them refer students effectively
- Gather market intelligence from partner interactions and feed insights back to the central team
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets for partner acquisition and student lead volume
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B business development, channel sales, or partner management
- Prior experience in the overseas education, study abroad, or student services sector is strongly preferred
- Comfortable with a field-heavy role involving regular client visits across the city
- Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured reporting
- Existing network within the Hyderabad education consultant ecosystem is a significant advantage
