We are looking for a motivated Telesales cum Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will generate sales through inbound and outbound calls while delivering excellent customer service to our clients, working closely with our UK team through company systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

• Promote and sell company products and services

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email

• Assist with order placement and follow up on order status

• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system

• Follow up on leads and quotations to convert them into sales

• Achieve telesales targets and KPIs while maintaining strong customer relationships

Requirements

• 2 - 4 yrs of experience in telesales, sales, or customer service preferred

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

• Strong telephone communication and persuasion skills

• Professional and customer-focused approach

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred

Location: Infopark, Kochi, India (Office-based)

Shift Timings: UK Timings (3pm to 11pm)
