Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and building long-term relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and direct customers and will play a crucial role in promoting the company's services and building strong partnerships within the hospitality industry.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer service expertise to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (travel/hospitality preferred; freshers with strong aptitude can apply)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and hospitality industry trends is a plus.
