About The Project
We are looking for a reliable and motivated
Customer Service & Operations Support based in Kochi to support both our learners and the ongoing development of our local operations.
In this role, you will combine
hands-on customer service responsibilities with
operational and organizational support, playing an important part in the day-to-day functioning and further development of our location.

Your role
- Acting as the first point of contact for our learners via email, phone, or on site
- Supporting participants with course selection and general inquiries
- Ensuring a high level of learner satisfaction through friendly, solution-oriented service
- Supporting day-to-day operations and administrative processes
- Acting as a local point of contact and supporting the establishment & development
- Assisting with coordination tasks, communication, and internal workflows
- Supporting the implementation of operational processes and structures on site
Your profile
- Strong service orientation and genuine enjoyment of working with people
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in customer service, operations, education, or project coordination
- Fluent in English & Malayalam; Hindi is a plus
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
- Good PC and MS Office skills
- Based in Kochi
