Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, based in Kochi, with the flexibility for some work from office/ worksite. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients and internal teams to drive sales of automation solutions by delivering technical expertise and product demonstrations. Responsibilities include providing technical support, assisting customers with designing tailored automation solutions, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Engineering, including analyzing customer requirements and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency in Technical Support, ensuring seamless troubleshooting and resolving technical queries
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and foster relationships
  • Experience in Sales and client acquisition in a technical or automation-oriented industry. Candidates are expected to have a two wheeler along with drivers licence .
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and aptitude to learn emerging technologies in the automation industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in automation or smart living solutions is a plus
