Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided lead lists/CRM.
- Counsel and guide students regarding academic programs, career prospects, fees, admissions deadlines, and entrance requirements.
- Handle inbound admission queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chats.
- Maintain accurate follow-up records and update CRM entries regularly.
- Convert inquiries into applications and admissions by building trust and rapport.
- Participate in webinars, events, and admission campaigns when required.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and enrolled student numbers.
- Provide timely feedback about student concerns, lead quality, and market responses.
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams for campaign alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Education sector experience is a bonus).
- Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or academic counselling preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.
- Ability to understand student needs and suggest suitable programs.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
