Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided lead lists/CRM.
  • Counsel and guide students regarding academic programs, career prospects, fees, admissions deadlines, and entrance requirements.
  • Handle inbound admission queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chats.
  • Maintain accurate follow-up records and update CRM entries regularly.
  • Convert inquiries into applications and admissions by building trust and rapport.
  • Participate in webinars, events, and admission campaigns when required.
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and enrolled student numbers.
  • Provide timely feedback about student concerns, lead quality, and market responses.
  • Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams for campaign alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Education sector experience is a bonus).
  • Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or academic counselling preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages.
  • Ability to understand student needs and suggest suitable programs.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
