This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Telecaller/Telecounsellor. The responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients via phone calls, guiding them through service offerings, answering inquiries, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to follow up on leads and ensuring high-quality client communication. The Telecaller/Telecounsellor will contribute to client acquisition and retention by delivering outstanding customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship building
