Telecaller

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students, job seekers, and working professionals from provided databases & leads
• Explain course details, fees, batch schedules, and career opportunities in cybersecurity
• Follow up with interested candidates via call, WhatsApp, and email until closure Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and updates in CRM or Excel.
• Schedule demo classes, counselling sessions, and admission meetings Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion/admissions.
• Handle incoming queries from website, ads, referrals, and social media Coordinate with the training & marketing teams for lead updates.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospective students

Qualification:

• Any degree (Freshers accepted)
• Good communication skills in Tamil + English.
• Basic knowledge of computer & MS Office/Google Sheets
• Confidence in speaking and ability to handle objections.
• Should be target-driven, self-motivated, and good at follow-ups
