Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Chennai. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing customers with information about services, and addressing inquiries. The role includes customer follow-ups, scheduling appointments, maintaining records of communications, and supporting overall client engagement efforts. Professionals in this role will help ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with telecalling, communication skills, and customer service
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow administrative procedures
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office tools
• Fluency in English and Tamil; additional languages are an advantage
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in pest control or related industries, is a plus
