Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will handle outgoing calls to potential clients, answer inquiries about our products and services, provide product information, and maintain accurate customer records. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up with prospects, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to provide excellent service. The role also involves identifying client pain points and offering solutions that match their business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating customer records and supporting lead generation
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and brand awareness tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of time management and organization
- Proficiency in CRM tools, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or a customer service role is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is an advantage
