Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging potential clients via phone calls, providing detailed information about NBP's real estate offerings, and assisting with inquiries regarding investment opportunities. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential leads, maintaining records of client interactions, and following up with potential and existing clients to build trust and meet sales targets while ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Proficiency in managing and documenting leads through CRM tools
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of real estate and investment opportunities is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant experience is an advantage
