Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in South Delhi. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over phone calls, explaining product offerings, and addressing any inquiries. Your role will involve maintaining records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and ensuring quality customer service. You will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer operations, CRM tools, and data entry
• Ability to maintain accurate records and document customer interactions
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities for managing multiple tasks
• Fluency in Hindi and English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred but not mandatory
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to work in a team environment
