Role Description

This is a full-time remote internship role for an Inside Sales-Telecaller. The Intern will engage potential customers through phone calls to provide information about India LEARN's curriculum solutions and services, answer inquiries, and clarify details regarding the offerings. The role will involve maintaining and updating a database of leads, following up with inquiries, identifying potential opportunities, and contributing to sales efforts by meeting set targets. The role also includes collaborating with the sales team to provide comprehensive education solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction and relationship building
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles, negotiation tactics, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other sales tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
  • Passionate about education and fostering impactful client relationships
