Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated BPO / Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls and provide high-quality support. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Address customer queries and concerns efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain customer interaction records and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and callbacks
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution
  • Follow company communication standards and processes
  • Deliver a positive customer experience

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification
  • 13 years of experience in telecalling or customer support
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email)
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle calls confidently and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a work-from-office environment

Hours per Week : 40-50 hours
