Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Gurgaon. The Telecaller will handle daily tasks such as making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound inquiries, and providing information about the company's services. Responsibilities also include building positive customer relationships, addressing client concerns promptly, and maintaining detailed records of communication. The Telecaller will actively collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
