We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Work From Home Telecallers on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to kickstart their careers in the telecalling industry. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our products or services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintain a detailed record of calls made and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up with customers on previously discussed products or services.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and provide them with appropriate solutions.
• Work towards achieving daily and weekly targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
