We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and provide information to customers regarding their queries.
- Maintain a record of calls and update customer information in the database.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and sales conversions.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
