We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information to customers regarding their queries.
• Maintain a record of calls and update customer information in the database.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and sales conversions.
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
