Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a teleCaller focusing on IVF patient leads at ARTbaby IVF Centre located in Delhi, India. The teleCaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our services, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential patients. The role also involves maintaining patient records, coordinating with the medical team, and ensuring a seamless communication experience for all patients.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center roles
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Familiarity with medical terminology or healthcare is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining records
• Multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is preferred
