Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller Executive located in Noida. The role involves daily interaction with potential clients over the phone to promote our services, maintaining and updating records of customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Telecaller Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and support the overall customer acquisition process.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer interaction skills
• Ability to handle client inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns
• Experience in data management, record-keeping.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Previous experience as a telecaller or in customer service roles is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and telecommunication tools
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory
• Fluency in English and knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage
