Telecaller

Red Leaf Events And Promotions is a specialized experiential marketing organization committed to delivering perfection-driven events. Founded in 2017, the company has successfully executed over 100 events across 20 cities in a short span. Red Leaf provides a comprehensive range of services, including BTL activities, brand activations, MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions), corporate events, and trade shows. This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Paschim Vihar. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, sharing essential information, and addressing inquiries about the company's event services. Key tasks will include generating leads, managing client databases, scheduling appointments, and following up on calls to ensure customer satisfaction and relationship building. The role also requires maintaining records of interactions and providing feedback for improving the communication process.

• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi, along with active listening skills
• Proficiency in client engagement, relationship building, and effective negotiation
• Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM software, data entry, and maintaining records
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team and meet targets
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous
