Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele caller to follow up on incoming leads, connect with prospective students/parents, and convert inquiries into appointments or enrollments. The role focuses on lead chasing, follow-ups, qualification, and conversion support while maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on fresh and existing leads generated through marketing campaigns, website, and referrals
- Understand the prospect's requirement and briefly explain our services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments/counseling sessions for the sales or counseling team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects until closure
- Update call outcomes, notes, and lead status in CRM or tracking sheets
- Handle basic queries and route complex queries to the relevant team
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Maintain a polite, professional, and persuasive communication style at all times
- Share feedback from prospects with the team to improve pitch and processes
Skills & Requirements
- Good spoken communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Confident, convincing, and target-driven approach
- Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM/calling software is a plus)
- Ability to handle objections and follow up persistently without being pushy
- Organized, disciplined, and comfortable working with targets
