Description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in telecalling or sales and will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle incoming calls and provide information to customers.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and queries effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.
