Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Telecaller & Sales Coordinator, based in Gurugram. The responsibilities include handling client inquiries through calls, providing information on real estate offerings, scheduling site visits, and maintaining updated records of client communications. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team and assisting in prospecting and lead generation. Collaboration with team members and ensuring that clients receive an exceptional experience are crucial aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle client inquiries and provide excellent support
  • Experience in telecalling and lead generation activities
  • Organization and coordination skills to schedule appointments and maintain client records
  • Sales knowledge and the ability to assist in executing real estate transactions
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic understanding of real estate market and property management is preferred
  • Motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
